PROFILE REQUIRED:
- Master's degree in Human Resources or Project Engineering and/or similar professional experience of at least 3 years
- Experience in financial engineering for managing a skills development plan
- Experience in project management
- Very good Excel skills - merging files / cross tabs
- Rigour and organisational skills
- Very good writing skills

Handicap International / Humanity & Inclusion (HI) is an independent and impartial international solidarity association, which intervenes in situations of poverty and exclusion, conflict and disaster. Working alongside people with disabilities and the vulnerable, it acts and speaks out to meet their basic needs and improve their living conditions. Since its creation in 1982, HI has set up development programmes in more than 60 countries and intervenes in many emergency situations. CONTEXT :
The Benelux HR department is comprised of 6 people:
- In Belgium: a HR Advisor, an Administration Officer, an HR Assistant and an HR Partner
- In Luxembourg: a HR Advisor /Executive Assistant and a Administration Officer /Volunteer Mobilisation Officer/Governance Support Officer
OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION :
Main mission:
You will ensure the development of the skills of the employees of Belgium, accompany their managers and implement internal communication on the intranet (hinside) and update and/or draft internal policies.
- You will manage the training plan for the employees of Belgium (COB and ANB) in all administrative, logistical, networking and partnership aspects
- Implementing individual and group training for the employees of the Federation in Brussels and the Belgian national association (ANB), in coordination with the skills manager based in Lyon;
- Administrative follow-up with French and Dutch speaking training operators.
- You will support COB/ANB managers structurally and staff on request and provide advice/guidance to colleagues in charge of administration/legal matters;
- You ensure good internal communication and develop HR policies and/or internal processes;
- You implement our diversity and inclusion project called BeHinclusive in Belgium;
