CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor/Masters Degree in Human Resources and experience in Administrative Human Resources (minimum 2 years)
- Bilingual French-English, knowledge of Dutch is a strong asset
- Well-organised and methodical
- Team player, ability to perform under pressure
- Interest in humanitarian activities
- Interest in social law

Description
CONTEXT
Within the HR department, the Field Administration Unit is in charge of the administrative management of departures and returns of the expatriate staff.
The Field HR administrator reports directly to the field administrator team leader and will be part of a team of 6 to 7 field HR administrators, each of them in charge of a changing set of countries.
JOB PROFILE
The field administrator is the main focal point for the administrative follow-up of the expatriates upon departure to the field and return from the field.
To organize the departures and returns, the field HR administrator will be in charge of:
- Travel bookings to and from the field with the internal travel agency
- Visa and work permits to go to the field
- Schengen visa to come to Brussels
- Organising briefing and debriefing in the Brussels office
- Contractual management of the expatriate upon departure and return: make the contract in Brussels or request another MSF office to make the contract and make the necessary arrangements to finalize the contract at the end of the assignment.
The Field HR administrator will also be the technical referent towards expatriates and internally in the Brussels office in terms of
- Belgian social and fiscal legislation
- End of contract management
- Visa restrictions and work permits for the countries he/she manages
- MSF Field benefits rules for expatriates in the field
