Description
CONTEXT
The learning & development unit (LDU) aims to narrow the gap between MSF staff expected competencies and real competencies for their present and future positions by offering learning resources in a timely manner, whilst also adapting these resources to evolving operational needs.
The Learning Administrator plays a key role by providing administrative and logistical support to those involved in training activities. The activities listed below show specifically how he/she contributes to the mission of the Learning and Development Unit.
The Learning and Development Unit (see attached chart) is structured through different positions: Coordination Unit + Learning Administrators + Pedagogic Experts + Learning officers. Learning Administrators are training under the direct supervision of the Learning Focal Point.
JOB PROFILE
As Learning administrator you will manage the administrative follow-up linked to the training participation of the expatriates and national staff.
- Manage all the training administration for participants before / during / after the training sessions
- Send invitations to participants
- Manage Travel bookings of participants by being in close contact with our internal Travel Agency
- Schengen visa follow-up : provide participants with the necessary documents
- Daily follow up of invoices and contracts
- Encoding expense notes
- Booking hotels
- Manage the participants lists for all training
- Organization of the selection committee
- Collect and computerize all training evaluative data and extract specific charts and statistics for analytical reports
- Encode participation in HR.net for every participant
