The successful candidate will work on several topics related to EU climate and energy policies, including on such climate policies as the ETS and effort-sharing, governance, and on energy issues including renewables and energy efficiency. Required Educational/professional qualifications

Main duties will include

  • Responsible for external communications;

  • Manage content and updates to the website (www.caneurope.org);
  • Maintain a contact databases of experts and journalists;
  • Cataloguing and maintaining CAN Europe’s media coverage;
  • Descriptive reporting to funding organisations;

Stage:

Le (la) stagiaire travaillera dans le cadre de :

- Gestion de projets de coopération

Il (elle) assistera les gestionnaires d’ACTEC dans leur tâche de suivi, d’analyse des rapports des partenaires (narratifs et financiers) et des résultats. Il (elle) participera à la rédaction de rapports et de dossiers de projets pour les bailleurs de fonds publics et privés. Il (elle) touchera directement à la gestion de projets de coopération au développement, y compris dans le domaine de la justification financière.

- Projet de sensibilisation au développement

Le (la) stagiaire participera à la réalisation d’un projet international de sensibilisation au développement destiné à la jeunesse (www.olympiadesolidaire.com). Il appuiera le gestionnaire de projet dans ses tâches et particulièrement dans la réalisation pratique de l’activité en Belgique (recherche de partenaires, fundraising, communication, …).

Job description

-       You will develop expertise and share knowledge in various product categories with a focus on coffee, bananas and cocoa. Your first-hand knowledge about producers and supply chains is built up via a direct contact with Fairtrade international colleagues, producer networks, internal market managers and producer organizations. This will give you the ability to deal with supply chain issues.

Le/la Digital Communication Officer développe et garantit la présence online de HANDICAP INTERNATIONAL. Description

WWF is expanding the fundraising team and is looking for a new legacy officer.  You have solid experience of legacy administration, highly numerate, excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills as well as good organizational skills.

Purpose of the job: 

To take overall responsibility and accountability for managing legacy administration, to deliver an effective programme of work that ensures WWF receives the maximum income from these estates to which it is entitled. To represent WWF whilst liaising with solicitors, personal executors and legacy staff from other charities. To develop and implement legacy administration processes and marketing to manage and grow future income.

 

Responsibilities & tasks:

1. Legacy Administration

 

  • You will be the responsible to execute the will of donors
  • You will be responsible on all main aspects of legacy bequests that come in, including liaison with external legal advisors in complex cases.
  • Take care of all administrative matters re legacies
  • You will perform analytical work including administration of existing legacies file and efficient records management.
  • Answer questions from notaries, gather information, analyse
  • Develop good working relationship with notaries in Belgium
  • Introduce data in database, keep database and files up to date
  • Seek legal advice for difficult cases
  • Maintain the legacy database with all relevant information relating to legacy cases to enable the effective planning of WWF’s work. Including:
    • That all valuation estimates are maintained and up to date
    • Ensuring that case reviews are undertaken in a timely manner
    • Implement a rigorous file closure procedure

 

2. Legacy Marketing

  • Execute a marketing strategy to grow the number of requesters, intenders and pledgers
  • Develop and implement campaigns to recruit and retain legacy supporters using direct mail, press, telephone and other media.
  • Develop and implement a strategy for stewarding the legacy pledgers
  • Develop donor profiling to better understand the profile of legators to support legacy marketing to other audiences.
  • Introduce new initiatives and new ways of working to maximise legacy pledges from direct marketing and cross-organisation activities.
  • Provide the head of philanthropy with administration support and regular reports including income and expenditure projections.

  • diplôme supérieur de type court ou universitaire

  • maîtrise du néerlandais oral et écrit (ong partenaire structurelle néerlandophone)

  • connaissance pratique des modes de subsidiation du secteur non-marchand et du Ministère de la coopération au développement (DGD)

  • expérience professionnelle de trois ans de coordination d'équipe dans une ong ou une association

  • intérêt et motivation par rapport aux objectifs et visions de l'association : favoriser l'ouverture sur le monde des enfants et des jeunes, particulièrement de milieu populaire, en les aidant à devenir de futurs citoyens critiques et engagés.

  • intérêt et expériences par rapport aux différents champs d'intervention : éducation mondiale et solidaire, enseignement et pédagogie, expression artistique.

  • sens de l'organisation, de la planification et de la gestion administrative

Coordinateur/trice à mi-temps h/f/x

Poste à pourvoir : poste de coordination à mi-temps pour l'asbl Le Coron/Le Village du Monde (Ecole de devoirs, CEC et travail d'éducation à la citoyenneté mondiale) située rue du cerisier 20 à 7033 Cuesmes.

Contrat à durée déterminée du 9 janvier au 19 février 2016, avec possibilité de prolongation sous forme de contrat à durée indéterminée


Description de fonction :

  • Coordination et "coaching" de l'équipe (l'équipe compte 5,5 ETP dont 1 ETP et 9 mi-temps) : réunions d'équipe et sous-réunions, répartition et suivi des tâches, des formations, élaboration et suivi des projets/programmes, évaluation du personnel

  • Gestion des partenariats structurels et ponctuels (réunions, conventions, suivi ...), négociations.

  • Rédaction des rapports d'activités et dossiers de subvention, recherche de fonds (via appels à projets, ...)

  • Relais entre équipe et organes de gestion (conseil d'administration, assemblée générale)

  • Mailing/courriers sortants. Relais/interface et communication vers l'extérieur
