Your role as a member of the Operations & Conservation unit will be to take part in our conservation projects monitoring. - supporting them with financial monitoring: ensuring that quarterly reports are accurate and received in due time, updating and sharing analytical codes as required, working on budget forecasts with the teams, checking the receipts and ensuring the execution of cash flow requests.
- strengthening their financial management capacities (training for the proper implementation of their projects and the sustainability of our actions, in coordination with your N+1, the Financial Controller).
- You will participate in the maintenance of budget monitoring tools: management charts, quarterly budget monitoring, cash flow.
- You will participate in the preparation and handling of conservation project audits, in close collaboration with the Financial Controller.
- You will support the program teams, when necessary, with the payment of invoices or cash flow requests.
- You will participate in the annual consolidation of accounts.
- You will participate in the closure and preparation of reports (internal and external).
Who will you collaborate with
- You will be part of the Operations & Conservation Unit. This unit provides administrative & financial support to the conservation teams working from our Brussels office and in the field.
